Refund & Warranty Policy



We want to ensure that you are satisfied and ready to ride with your purchase.

Please email service to submit your return request.

Once completed you will receive instructions of how to send back your items back to us.


You can exchange or refund full priced items within 90 days of you receiving your orderSALE items can be exchanged, but not refunded.

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and for arranging the return shipping for refunds or exchanges.

Refunds or exchanges can only be issued if the item is returned in a saleable condition, ie: is unused, unworn, undamaged.

Refunds apply to full-priced items only and does not include discounted items or items included in promotions.

Proof of purchase is required for all refunds or exchanges.

We recommend that you ship with a tracking number, to be able to follow the shipment - DSG PRO SHOP cannot be responsible for items delayed or lost in transit. Please keep your tracking number.

In the case that you have received a faulty item not fit for use, you will be fully refunded, including the postage costs. Or you may request a replacement item. DSG PRO SHOP will inspect the goods to determine the cause. Please note that faulty goods do not apply to items that have been damaged due to a crash or general use, wear and tear. Nor will items be considered faulty if the care instructions have not been followed. We will refund your reasonable postage costs incurred from returning an item if we determine the product is faulty.

Our products all have a minimum 2 year warranty, so if anything isn't as it should be get in touch and we'll sort out an exchange or refund straight away. If you are unsure of warranty and service of brands please go to the manufacturers websites for further information.
